Hello!

I just want to say a few words about this site and it's members.

I have been working as a literary translator for four years now. I really enjoy it even though it's very demanding job - every book is a completely different story, new style, new vocabulary etc. I have all sorts of dictionaries and I use Internet a lot. I also have a friend who's a native speaker, but she moved back to USA and I really can't bother her every time I need help.

I have learned about this site only recently (it's really strange since I have already said that I use net all the time!) and I can't say how much I'm delighted! It's exactly what I need. This is a perfect place and an excellent way of mastering a language. I'm really trying hard to improve my English and be the best I can be in my job and you, guys are unfailing source of help. I learned a lot from you.

So, I just wanted to thank you somehow.

My gratitude goes to MrPedantic, Grammar Geek, Mister Micawber, Maruis Hancu, Clive, Nona the Brit, Dawkett, CalifJim (please forgive me if I forgot to mention somebody), and of course, to all the good people who unselfishly share their knowledge with all of us.

If you ever, miraculously, need some help with Serbian, or any other help, I'll be glad to offer it.

Thank you!
