Acknowledgement
I am pleased to have you here. (at the birthday party)
I was so glad that you were there. (sending an acknowledgement to my friends on WhatsApp after attending my birthday party )
Please check them.
I am not sure that " acknowledgement" is the correct word in thanking someone.
