When complete the underground labyrinth (built by the CIA) had only set the American people back over one billion dollars, not a cent of it acknowledged in any budget of the U.S. government.
OK, I understand that the construction of the whole labyrinth cost all taxpayers over one billion dollars.
Does the 2nd part mean that no budget in the US ever mentioned anything about it, about the money spent on it? They didn't tell people what they spent money on etc.? Or maybe something else?
