Hello,
I am looking to imply that the vision is to grow the company property portfolio over time by buying yielding and quality properties.
In such case, would you say "accretive property" or "accretive properties" ?
I am struggling to ascertain whether it would be more relevant in the singular or plural form.
Thanks in advance for your input.
Assuming that "accretive" is financial jargon, you want the form of the word "property" to conform to the same jargon. I can only answer for standard English, where it's "properties", discrete buildings or land. You are buyng individual items, each with its own set of characteristics.
