I also have experience (in) teaching basic accounting skills to new employees. I also have experience (in) dealing with demanding clients. I have experience dealing with vendors. In the first two sentences above, not using a preposition is also acceptable. That's why I put "in" within parentheses.
You could say "in your office", but I have another suggestion. Why do you need to specify the location? Couldn't you just write "I would like to apply for the position of account"? "In the office", or "with your company" is understood, and you don't really need to say it.
