According to the explanation given, are the below sentences suitable?

Hi teachers,
According to the explanation given, are the below sentences suitable?
The present perfect can also express the number of times (occasions) the actions or situations have occurred at indefinite points in time in the past.

I don't like sentences 'b' and 'd'. But the idea is that 'he' most mornings oversleeps and only seldom 'he gets up on time'.
So, those days he has taken his time to do his daily routine.
___________________________________________________________

a) He has gotten up early three times this week.
b) He has shaved slowly a few times this week.
c) He has taken a long shower inmediately after twice this week.
d) He has gotten dressed very slowly several times this week.
e) He has had a large breakfast twice this week.
f) He has gone out of the house really early a few times this week.

I think most native speakers would prefer "he has left the house..." - ha salido...
