'According to' can be used at the beginning or at the end of a statement, right? If it is used at the end of a sentence, a comma should come before it, right?

'According to' can be used at the beginning or at the end of a statement, right? If it is used at the end of a sentence, a comma should come before it, right? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

1. According to Dr. Jameson, men are more likely to commit suicide than women.

2. Men are more likely to commit suicide than women, according to Dr. Jameson.
