Please tell me which one is correct.

Sometimes I agree with the people in accordance with them.

Sometimes I agree with the people according to them.

Sometimes I agree with the people accordingly.

These are all included in the meaning of 'agree', so English speakers would not add any of those to your sentence. That would just make things more confusing for whoever you're talking to. Just say

Say eg Sometimes I agree with the people.

the people means specific people.

people means people in general.
