Accord, concur, be in agreement?

Hi

Which word fits best here?

I only listen to people when their advice (concurs/accords/ is in agreement) with each other.

Any other better word?

Thanks!

Thank you! But what about "I listen to people only when their advice concurs" ?

Look—the register of your sentence as a whole makes the word choices ' accord, concur, be in agreement' seem stilted and out of place. That's why my suggestion does not include them.
