Accomplish a milestone vs. achieve a milestone

Hi

Would you say that both of these are equally natural? accomplish vs. achieve

-- accomplish a milestone which...

-- achieve a milestone which...

Thanks,

Tom

I think both clash with "milestone". "Milestone" has retained much of its literal meaning in its figurative sense. I would "reach" or "attain" a milestone, to give two examples.
