accomodate request

Depending on your due date, the hospital will either say they are full or not, how would you write the following?

"We take into account pregnancy due date when checking to see if we have room to accomodate her request to give birth at the hospital"

Thank you

When a woman asks to give birth in the hospital, we check her due date to see if we have room.. This is stating something that is obvious, so it sounds a bit silly.

Is it correct to 'accommodate a request'?

If so, would you use the infinitive after 'accommodate a request to give birth at the hospital'?

Thank you
