Accommodation settled/ all set

I would like to ask if "Once I get my accommodation settled, ..." or "Once I get my accommodation all set, ..." make sense. Do native English speakers talk like this?

Thanks in advance!

I have no idea what you mean. Maybe something like this: Once I am settled in my new flat, I will give you a call. I will give you a call after I have moved into my new apartment.
