Accommodate

"We were supposed to meet for dinner at 8pm but my friend later told me that she wants to stop by the shopping centre on her way to the restaurant. When I told her that she'd be late, she didn't listen."

Can I say that this friend of mine doesn't like to accommodate to other people, meaning that she always does whatever she wants without making any concessions?

Thank you.
