Accident

I was on right lane while i was towards to walnut hill ln from inwood rd. there are only two lanes. i noticed a left arrow sign on my lane, so I changed to left becauseof left arrown sign, also there was road work. then I canged right lane to make a right turn on walnut hill ln. you can see righ turn lane on walnut hill ln, so i was stopped to take turn becasue in front of there were three vehilce were waiting there to make right turn, so i was behind them. all the sudden i heart a big noise on back side of the car.rightaway i turned on my hazard light and get out from the car asked third person to side her vehilce on the street. afterthat, third person asked me sorry and accepted that she made the mistake becasuse she didit notice that my vehilce was stopped to take a turn.then I asked her driver license and insurance. she gave me, but her insurance was expired, so i asked her does she have the current policy? she said let me bring it and escaped from the place. after all, I went to Dallas Police department and explained them what was happened. they gave me Individual accident report and Driver's crash report to filled it out.lastly i called the third person's insurance comopany and filed a claim. insurance company gave me a claim number. the claim number is 037124032.
