Accessory

He was charged as an accessory.

He was charged with accessory.

He was charged of accessory.

Can all of these be used? I'd probably use the first one.

That's a good choice. The other two are impossible.

'an accessory' is basically a helper.

'charged with' is followed by a crime.

charged with theft, charged with murder, ...

You can't be "charged with helper".
