Accessibility vs. Availability

Hi
Besides the regional availability and accessibility, the aggregate type is of importance.

What's the difference between 'availibility' and 'accessibility'?

Thanks in advance

Available usually means you can get something. Accessible means you can get to where it is. I'm not sure what distinction is intended here, unless it is between the presence of aggregate deposits and the possibility of mining them.

So availability simply means presence?

Here it appears to mean that. Normally it would not only mean that it is present, but that you can obtain it.
