Accepting a date & time suggstion.

I'm quite torn between options on how to accept a meeting time & date suggestion.

My first idea would be "the time and date suggested is appropriate", but somehow, it feels unnatural - but then again, writing "the suggested time and date will be fine" sounds unprofessional to me.

How would you respond in a professional yet succinct manner?

both sound robotic and unnatural.

I am a former executive and have confirmed thousands of meetings.

I would say:

"Perfect! let's confirm that", i.e. send an outlook invite.
That works for me. Please confirm.

If the time doesn't work, you can say: "I'm sorry but I am already booked. can you offer some alterative times."
