"...accepted to be..."

It is equally important that justice is accepted to be delivered.


I think this does not sound natural but I am not quite sure how to make it clearer. I wanted to say that the community has to accept that justice is delievered.

"It is equally important that justice is seen to be delivered" is the more usual expression. "Not only must justice be done, it must be seen to be done".
