'Us' doesn't make sense here. 'We' seem to be asking a question about 'us', which is very strange. You need to say it in another way.

I appreciate and understand your sensible comment.

However, here's my personal assessment as a teacher. We receive many, many of these questions about shipping/delivering/invoicing, and we answer them all.. Yet no questions are ever asked (or at least I don't remember any) about our edits and suggested changes, and the same kinds of errors seem to be repeated again and again.
