Accept something as being true

I found the following sentence from a magazine a few months ago.

(ex) Some scientists accept as being true the relationship between the scientific theory of evolution and the creation of life by God as documented in most religious texts.

I don't remember the name of the magazine. I read it in the library.

Why didn't the write put "as being true" at the end of the sentence?

my own example: I accept your words as being true.

It's incorrect to say" I accept as being true your words.

Please give me your opinion. Thank you for your help.
