Accent marks for the word Incito?
Hello,
My name is Brian. I just joined this forum
I'm trying to find out where to place accent marks. The word is incito it's Latin. It's pronounced incheetoo. I'm changing the word to inchito. To make the 2nd I sound like an E do I need to place an accent mark on it? The same for the O, to make that be pronounced as an O rather than OO does that need an accent mark?
I HOPE this isn't sounding too crazy.

I'm afraid it sounds a little crazy, Brian (welcome to English Forums, though - we have a lot of crazy people here). Accent marks are not used to mark vowel sounds in English. In fact, we use no diacritical marks at all.
