Speech & Pronunciation

Accent

Hello,

can you please tell me what accent does the Professor speak?
Is he a non-native speaker or perhaps a native one with a local accent?

Thank you

This is a native English speaker from somewhere in the UK or possibly one of the Commonwealth countries. I'm a native English speaker in the US and so I'm not that familiar with the various British accents. My guess would be that this is not a classic English accent but rather, Scottish, possibly.
