Hi, I've been speaking English for more than 15 years. But because English is my second language and my Chinese background, I have a strong Chinese accent. Is there any ways to get rid of my accent?

Train your ears for pitch and tunes; Speech therapists are not good in this aspect. See a voice coach or learn to sing. I have a couple of friends, who are good at mimicking accents; they never told me that they got trained in music and sining. I have wondered where they got this ear for tunes, etc; one day I asked them about their music background, thats when I got my answers.
it's difficult, believe me i tried it! but my accent is much better now because i had skype lessons with an english teacher once a week. not too expensive and you feel more confident. my friends say i have only a little accent now!!!
