Vocabulary

Accede, give in, accept

Are these sentences correct? If no why, and what else do you recommend?

1_ He finally forced to accept the plea of guilty.
2_ He finally gave in to pleading guilty.
3_ He finally acceded to the plea of guilty.

thanks for the help.

(A silly question in parenthesis:
With what adjective should I describe a person who is obliged to do something, only because of the circumstances(for example some unveiled information) and not because of any physical or financial threats from anyone. I think "forced" in my #1 sentence is kind of clumsy and is not what I was going to say.
I googled for synonyms of "forced" also, but found nothing appropriate except words like compelled, constrained, and etc which are all implying a force from people and top brass, and not from the situation and the flowing conditions around them.
I don't know maybe there's a grammar trick to say it, for example:
He finally got to have to accept that crime.
Is that right? Please tell me the way to say it. Thanks once again.)
