Academic writting

Hello

As far as I know, the bullets in the academic writing should consistent (ether verb or noun)

In my case, I can't align them consistently

in order to achieve the following:

- collaboration on the identification...

- protection of...

- conducting exercises...

- conducting consultation...

As you see two of them are nouns and rest verb. Is it normal? is there a way to fix it?
