I have had a big misunderstanding. I need 2 academic recommendation letter for master scholarship instead of from employers as I expected. please help me

With pleasure I bring my high recommendation of Minh Phuong for consideration of master scholarship.

Phuong is a previous International Transportation and Insurances of mine at Banking Academy, who successfully passed the bachelor course.

Always an attentive student, Phuong contributed a class discussion with convincing arguments and offered her knowledge to myself and her fellow students.

Always a pleasant attitude, she was well liked by her peers and accepted feedback from myself and fellow students with genuine interest. I would consider Phuong a positive role model for her peers. She seemed comfortable in the public environment and welcomed opportunities to talk with others and share ideas and knowledge. She approached assignments and group work with energy and vigor.

She completed assignments with little supervision and in a timely manner. She was a pro-active in her pursuit of understanding an assignment and seeking out input and resources to excel at each assignment.

I was very impressed to see that Phuong was an enthusiastic employee. She was an internship in international company and also a main media leader in a big student club in Banking Academy. One of her successful events was Jobs for Students (2015) which is the effective bridge for students and employers as well as the great chance for students to broaden the horizon and necessary skills of the interview. I appreciated her creation and meaningful contribution to the community of students and the society.
