An abstract noun is used for something that you cannot detect with any of your five senses.
Can you feel sunlight? Can you see it? If you can, then it is not an abstract noun.

The concept is abstract, as are all concepts, but not the name (***). Otherwise, Hamlet, Faust, and Don Quixote would all be abstract nouns as well.
