Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition system (SCADA) is gradually becoming a very necessary system in all current industrial processes such as brewing, soft drinks, product classification, filling, etc. SCADA is a hardware and software system that allows users to control on-site or remote industrial processes, monitor, collect and process real-time data, interact directly with devices such as sensors, valves, engines and more through human-machine interface software (HMI). SCADA systems are important for industrial organizations because they help maintain efficiency, process data for smarter decisions and communicate system issues to help minimize downtime.
With the goal of applying SCADA in oil distillation processes to be able to control, collect data and best control the stages in the distillation process. The project "Designing SCADA system of DO oil distillation system" was carried out to accomplish the above objective, namely designing a SCADA system applied in diesel oil distillation called DO oil for short. Towards this goal, the thesis is divided into 4 main parts - an overview of the topic, theoretical basis, implementation content and achieved results.
The first section gives an overview of the topic, as well as the objectives, scope, implementation methods and layout of this topic. Part two outlines the theoretical basis for building hardware as well as software for the system model. Part three presents the content of building and designing SCADA on TIA Portal V14 software to simulate the distillation process. Finally, the results achieved, commented, evaluated on this topic and the development direction of the topic.
