Are all of abstract nouns mass nouns?And can they only be pluralized when the words are used as "type"?

All? I don't know all the abstract nouns in the English language, and I don't think anyone else does either, so it's not very easy to answer this question. If by 'mass nouns' you mean 'uncountable nouns' then I can only guess that probably most abstract nouns are of that type; however, there is no necessary logical connection there.

The majority most likely follow the pattern 'types of X', 'kinds of X', or 'pieces of X', if that's what you mean.
