Grammar

Above, over, below

Hello,

could you please tell me if the grading scale below uses correct preposition? Here is how the scale should be read" if a student received a score of more than 4.5, he/she should get a five (and so on).

over 4.50 - 5
4.00-4.50 - 4
3.99-3.00 - 3
2.99 and below - 2

Best regards
Tom

OK, but I suggest:

over 4.50 - 5
4.00-4.50 - 4
3.99-3.00 - 3
below 3.00 - 2
