the cause of the innocent, the helpless,
the powerless,
in a world of criminals who operate above the law.
I bet many of you have heard these lines. What does the
underlined mean? That the criminals are untouchable?

Hi guys,
You may have seen the big Hollywood movie with Sean Connery, Kevin Costner and Robert De Niro, called 'The Untouchables'. There was also an earlier TV series with the same name.
