About would(will), do

Hi.
I wanna ask you about when you make a question with would(will) do.
The situation was, we were supposed to go somewhere to sight the day after tomorrow. and i asked "where do we go?" and my friend looked doesn't understand what i'm asking, and then he said "oh tomorrow, yeah we'll go blah blah" and he said when you make the question that expected, use "where whould we go?" instead of DO, and use "will" if that 100% sure.
so i understood that situation, but sometimes still confusing that would and do T_T.
Can you help me to solve this problem?

There is no word "whould". I'm not sure if you meant "would" or "should". Anyway, in your situation, these are the two usual ones: Where are we going?

Where should/shall we go? -- Say this when you want to ask for suggestions about where to go.

Where will we go?, Where would we go?
