About [Where is he?]

Hi,

I am uncertain as to [Where is her?]

I feel that [In where is there her?]

So, [where] is the derivation of [her being].

And [where] is stressed in speech.

And the answer to it : [She is in Taiwan.]

[Taiwan] is the derivation of [her being now], and stressed in speech to show the meaning.

Could any native speaker tell me that is correct or not?

Thank you for your assistance.
