About vocabulary and sentence in business

I am not very good at English, so I apologize in advance. I'm sorry for my poor English.

I'm pet shop English site web creater.

If a pet is under negotiation but not sold out and I have to update the page this pet.

What word or sentence is best for this case.

I don't want to use "under negotiation" , because someone may claim I want this pet too.

I don't want to use "sold out ", because it's not true.

Would you please teach me several illustrations.

Thank you in advance.
