About using s after a word.

Hi all,

some one please clear my doubt,

i know third person singular should be accompanied with 's'. but in the below examples i found a difference.

1.she doesn't speak well--why 's' is missing with speak, when the sentence she does speaks well is followed with 's' after speak.

2. the monkey resembles his dad,,, then why in the question whom does the monkey remeble? why s is missing at the back of resemble..

3.also !!! does this bus goes to station? / is this goes to staion? whats the difference between this two question if any.

4.when will the bus start from here? or when will the bus starts from here?

thanks in advance friends...
