about using clauses

Please take a look at the following sentence, teachers. Can you tell me if the following sentence correct grammatically?
“2012 advertising figures for the Middle East and Africa region spending grew 55.8%, an increase of 38.4% in Eastern Europe.”
If so, how many clauses does the sentence have? And If “an increase of 38.4% in Eastern Europe” is one of the clauses, then where is the verb in it?
Thank you
