About Usage of "Does"

Hi i have a question regarding the usage of "Does".Here there are some examples

Ex1:He does go to school.
Ex2:He goes to school.
In these two sentences which one is correct.
My friend argue's with me that ex1. is wrong.

Both are correct. First one shows an example of emphasasing as if telling "He goes to a scohol indeed". You can use "do" stressing the action.

She did commit a misdemeanour and now she should be brought charges against.
Do you really know who made that pie? Yes, I do know.

Use "does" (or "do" or "did") to emphasize your affirmative response to a contrary negative claim or to emphasize some other contrast. Note that it is almost always a response or a contrast introduced by but. You don't normally start a conversation with "emphatic do".
