About two conversation situations following

1, - I can't thank enough for your help.
- ................
A. I'd rather not B. My pleasure C. I don't mind D. My goodness
I am confused between B and C but I will choose B as my answer.
2, - Could I have a table for two, please?
- .........
A. No, thank you
B. The one over there
C. Sorry, we're fully booked
D. This table, please.
I don't know whether the customer is booking through the telephone or he has already been at the restaurant. But I think if B can be used then D can be used too. So I choose C as my answer.
Please help me to work out the correct answer.

B is a standard response when someone thanks you.

C and D would not be wrong in some suitable and somewhat convoluted context.
