About transfer

This is my transfer order email-

As per Management decision you are hereby transferred from Chittagong to Mymensingh as Zonal Co-Ordinator w.e.f.01.04.18.You are instructed to handover your current charge to Mr.Easin Bhuiyan(ID-20070309),Zonal Manager,Eastern Zone and report for duty to Mymensingh SPD Office on or before 01.04.18.
Your new N-1 will be Mr.Pulak Debnath(ID-20070308),Zonal Manager,Central Zone w.e.f.01.04.18.
But sir i join the new area on next month due to Due to do not inform my current landlord and not having a rented house in a new place purpose.
How can i write the email,please help me

0I want to delay my transfer for one month as because it was short notice from the office for transfer that's why I can't arrange my accommodation at transfer area and also I have some pending family related job in chittagong.
