About the @safe@

Can I say,

(a) She promised to keep her house safe.
(b) She has responsibility to take care of the keys and keep / kept them safe.
(c) She promised tp keep the keys in a safe place.
(d) She is responsible to keep the keys in a box / in a safety box.

P/s: Can I say,

(e) She was glad because has a good neighbour. (without "she")
(f) She was glad to have a good neighbour.

(a) She promised to keep her house safe. -- possible, but it's slightly unclear what you mean by "safe" in this sentence.

(b) She has responsibility to take care of the keys and keep them safe. -- I don't care for "responsibility to [do something]", even though Google Book Search suggests it's commonly used. I prefer:
