About the mice 3

Can I say,

(a) The mice suggested to put a bell on the cat's neck./ They suggested the bell must be hung on the cat's neck.

(b) The head mouse decided to hang a bell on the cat's neck. They could hear the bell ring while the cat came near to them. All the mice agreed to / agreed his idea.

(c)Suddenly, a fierce and hungry cat came to them / came out and chased after them. The mice escaped quickly. / A cat came out and attacked the mice.

(d) Suddenly, the cat came / came in / in front of them . The mice escaped as fast as they could. / They escaped from the cat.

(e) The mice escaped randomly into their hole. /They escaped for their lifes. Their plan was not carried out because they scattered.All the mice was upset and disappointed.

(f) At the end, the plan they suggested was not carried out. /The plan did not carry out. They were sad looking. What a bad day!
