Should I write like this way:

Ms Peggy Leong,
The Head of Food Department
Nestle Production Sdn Bhd

Dear Madam,

On behalf of the St Therasa School, we would like to thank you for your generousity for your contribution to sponser towards our school jogathon. Your commitment in helping the school jogathon is sincerely appreciated and moreover, it will benefit our school children and parents.

Attach is the location where the jogathon is held. If you have any enquiries, please contact the person in charge madam Lim (010-78987890)

spelling changes:
Theresa (possible typing error)
generosity (generous is correct, but generousity is not)
schoolchildren (one word)
attached (i.e. "the location is attached" instead of "the location is attach"
