Which is correct?

(a) Big Shoe Store is having its 8th Aniversary Sale / 8th Anniversary sale / 8th anniversary sale.

(b) The two-week sale starts from 15 April 2009 until 28 April 2009. / 15th April 2009 until 28th April 2009.

Big Shoe Store is having its 8th anniversary sale.
The two week sale starts on 15th April and lasts/runs/goes until 28th April 2009.

a) 8th anniversary sale. But it is ok to use capitals if it is part of an advertising spread.
b) This is a matter of style. Being older I put in the "th". However, in more recent times the "th" is getting left out a lot. I think, moreso in USA rather than Australia where I am.
