This is not a question of grammatical correctness, but a question of which word(s) collocate correctly. Also, are you sure the question asks which is incorrect? I suspect it should ask which is correct. Normally one "holds" a party. "prepare" is possible though less likely. The others are not really possible.

I would usually say you "have a party" or "give a party."

I should clarify that by "normally" I mean "normally out of the choices that are given". Other very common collocations exist, as mentioned above.
