Two neighbors are talking in front of the apartment building where they live. One asks the other about his/her opinions about the changing neighborhood.
Q: what does "about the changing neighborhood"? in the sentence?
I thought It might be "move to different neighborhood" or "there have something changed around the neighborhood"?
What do you think?
Thanks,
Lynn
