about taking photos

Hi,

I know we can say "I missed the mountain" when we wanted to have the mountain included in the picture being taken, but the fact is that it isn't. My question is what if I make the unwanted object or person taken in the picture how should I say in English. I think they are two opposites, please kindly let me know. Thank you!

Thanks Teechr, but can I say something more casual, like "I got the table captured/included"?

No, that doesn't sound natural.
For something more casual, try:
I accidentally included him/the mountain in the photo.
