About 'Seldom'

Hello everyone,

I seldom see people use seldom in daily conversation. What are some of those more commonly used expression to say 'seldom'? Would you show me one or two examples?

I'm not sure that I seldom hear that word. I think I use it quite regularly, and I am not surprised when I come across it.
