Dear all,Recently I have updated my resume but I don't think, it is smart enough in intellectual level, can you guys help me to make it better and smart.this is  MSWORD 2003 version doc file shared in mediafire.com:http://www.mediafire.com/?rulch55evgcfdec Posting entier resume here is impossible , becuase it is too big...Thanks in Advance..

Hi,

Many of us do not want to start clicking around other sites and downloading things.

It's also much easier for us to edit a text that is actually posted here.

If it's too big to post here, it's probably to big for an employer. Resumes should usually not be more than two pages long.

Hi,

If you already have job offers, don't rush to change your resume as it obviously works for you.

I'm just going to make a few general comments.

In Canada, this would be considered much, much too long. Try to reduce it to 2 pages. Most employers will not read more than that. You seem to have included every iny detail about yourself.

I have trouble locating quickly the major sections of your resume. Type the section names in bold capitals. Don't use bold elsewhere in the resume. You seem to have used it haphazardly.

Your Career Objective section should tell me the job you are applying for. What is it?

What do the terms 'Enterprise' and 'non-Enterprise' mean?

Are you running your own business currently? As an employer, how will I benefit from the work you have said you will do in the 'future'?

What are your non-technical skills and abilities? eg Most people who can supervise 20 people make a big deal about putting that at the front of their resume.

OK, enough.

If you want me to look in more detail, you need to make a serious effort to rduce it to two pages. Like most Canadian employers, I haven't got the patience to read 5 pages.

Try this.

Pretend I ask you in an nterview, 'What are the three main reasosn I should offer you this job?'

What will you say?

Now, look at your resume. Do those three reasons jump out at me, on the first page?

Hello Clive,

This is very nice of you to write and point out the flaws in that resume , I am really really gald. Some how this mail has been shifted to my spam folder that's why I couldn't post any reply to this thread. I will do those things soon that you have pointed out here. I have few business schedules in 15-July-2011 to 22-July-2011 so I will change those things after those schedules done.

In addtion , I am extremly sorry about the late response. Hope you understand and take my apologise . However , I am putting one of my answers to your question right now.

For instance , I used 'enterprise' and 'non-enterprise' to distinct the difference between professional and non-professional (but mature works).

And I will describe other topics after 22-July-2011.
