about relative pronoun

I have a question about Relative Pronoun,

if I want to say two sentence below in one line,

1.My name is Tom from ABC company.
2.I work with Bill.

then, which one is correct?

1. My name is Tom from ABC company, who works with Bill.

2. My name is Tom who works with Bill from ABC company.

if neither of them are correct, then how should I express in 1 line?
