about relative clause

The fish, the biggest of which is only 2cm long, are multi-coloured.
The fish, of which the biggest is only 2cm long, are multi-coloured.
both sentences are correct.

so here is the original sentence:
The President has made many visits to Japan, the most of recent of which began today.

so it is possible to change it to " The President.....Japan, of which the most recent began today" ?

My teacher, the most beautiful of whom I have ever seen, is going to teach us today.
Is this sentence correct?
